Damaged or Missing Goods
If you received your order through our shipping process and it was damaged or has missing items please follow the below steps:
Take pictures of the issue
Send us an email (see below) immediately and be sure to include the pictures
We will work with you as best as we can to correct the issue. Options include repairing it, replacing the damaged or missing goods, or discounting your next purchase.
